OGICO is a short-term general insurance company, specialising in international medical insurance for companies, individuals and families residing and employed overseas. In addition, we offer group employee benefits such as life, disability and personal accident cover for companies. OGICO is also able to offer travel insurance.
OGICO was established in Guernsey on 10th April 2017 (registration 63433) and has been authorised and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission since then (GFSC reference number 2267099). In terms of regulation, Guernsey is highly regarded internationally and clients and brokers can be assured that OGICO complies fully with Guernsey Financial Services Commission regulations.
In addition to this, clients have access to the Channel Islands Financial Ombudsman in the unlikely event that any dispute/complaint cannot be resolved by the Company.
OGICO is wholly owned by Optimum Global Ltd, a UK based business authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
